Election Deadline Approaching

As you know, the Marriott Vacation Club Destinations^® Exchange Program is now called Abound by Marriott Vacations^™. It will encompass an expanded collection of premium vacation resorts and properties, including more direct access to Sheraton^® Vacation Club and Westin^® Vacation Club resorts.

Owners of Marriott Vacation Club^® Weeks that are enrolled in the Abound exchange program have the option to elect to receive Club Points. Unenrolled Owners may learn more about enrollment by speaking to a Sales Executive or watching a webinar called “Understanding the Benefits of Enrollment.” Owners who reside in the United States, and whose Weeks were purchased prior to June 20, 2010, may even be eligible to receive complimentary enrollment after watching the entire webinar.

Once enrolled, Owners can continue to use their enrolled Week(s) as they have previously, or they may elect to receive Club Points (formerly known as Vacation Club Points) annually. The deadline to elect to receive Club Points for your 2023 Week(s) is September 30 or October 31, 2022, depending on your Owner benefit level.

With Club Points, you can reserve other Marriott Vacation Club resorts and properties directly without having to utilize a third-party exchange partner. And, beginning in 2023, Club Points may be able to be used to reserve Sheraton Vacation Club and Westin Vacation Club resorts through the affiliation of the Vistana Signature Network^® (VSN) with Abound. The possibilities are only limited by the number of Club Points you receive in exchange for your enrolled Week(s). Of course, all reservations are based on availability.
